I turn entertainment IP into end-to-end go-to-market launches—building the plan across social, digital, experiential, e-commerce/retail, and partnerships. I’m the connective tissue: I shape the story and strategy, build the decks/briefs/toolkits, and keep cross-functional teams and agencies moving in sync (without the chaos). My approach is fandom-first and a little neuroscience-y—start with what people feel and do, then iterate fast based on what actually moves engagement, sales, and loyalty.
